Crestron is a company that has been in business over 50 years. While most commonly known for their Audio Visual products, Crestron also manufacturers commercial lighting control systems. Not all Crestron dealers or CSPs are willing to service the lighting control systems, so sometimes it can be hard to find service for older systems. Especially once the warranty runs out. We can help!
We are local in Raleigh NC (But we cover all of North Carolina) and are certified to commission and service Crestron Commercial Lighting systems. No job is too big, not job is too small.
How it works
If you need service on your Crestron Commercial Lighting System, be it replacement of a failed module, your needs have changed and you need an update to the programming, or you just have questions about how it all works we can help. We will come to your site and do an initial consultation (many times we do not charge for this. We would only charge if we have to travel a significant distance). During the consultation we will take a look at the equipment, plug into the processor and download a system information report and logs. Once we know what we’re getting in to we can provide you with a quote for the work.
If, however, you just want a service call, we will be happy to accommodate that as well. Billing is time and materials based on our published rates.
For New Systems
New systems are typically done in conjunction with Crestron Lighting and their local lighting representative. For North Carolina, the Crestron lighting rep is TEAM Lighting. Your electrician can purchase the lighting package through an electrical distributor themselves or they can partner with a company like us to provide the equipment and commissioning.
